Garner Residence – $120,000 Complete Outdoor Transformation

The Garner Residence in Brookhaven was a true start-to-finish transformation, and our team handled every phase: demolition and hauling, regrading the elevations, a complete drainage system with a flow well, retaining walls, pavers, irrigation, planting and mulch, and landscape lighting that makes the whole property glow at night.

Site Prep & Drainage

Before anything new went in, we cleared the site and fixed how water moves across the property, so the finished work is built on solid, well-drained ground.


  • Demo & Hauling: Tore out the old landscape and hardscape and hauled all debris off site.
  • Grading & Elevations: Reshaped the yard and set new elevations so every surface drains the right way.
  • Drainage System: A complete drainage system tied into a flow well to carry water away from the home and keep the yard dry.
